Product Description

• This tile cutter is specially designed for cutting large format porcellian ceramic tiles. Its most important property is,the fixed force application on the cutting wheel, by the help of two gas springs on both side of the handle group.

• In this way, the cutting wheel makes a fixed depth scoring line which helps to achieve a flat cross-section all the way long, like a rectified tile,after breaking.

• Because of the pre-force applied on the wheel, there is no need to apply an extra force on the handle. The handle group has 20 roller bearings which helps the system to work with zero gap.
